I was lucky enough to check out the Calgary MakerFaire at the Telus Spark this evening! There was everything from fashion to art to robotics! Check out some work from Le Roi Daniels' students! On another note, Nell is ready for game 7! Go Oilers Go! April has been a busy month in room 6! Mr. Stone from the University of Calgary, joined our classroom. He worked with the students in many capacities. In Science, Mr. Stone taught the students about sustainability and about making better choices for our environment. They also worked on reading and viewing with a critical eye.
In April we also went swimming! Students braved the sun and snow and they seemed to have a great time! Nell wants to give a special thank you for the birthday wishes and cards! May the fourth be with you! |
